With 16 years' of senior level experience in the sports development sector, I have been on the Senior Leadership Team at Swim England and am currently a non-Executive Director at Badminton England. I have developed and implemented national organisational and sport-wide strategies, raised over £60m in funding and developed exceptional sports development programmes and products.
I support sports organisations with strategic planning, funding and programme development.

Strategy and Planning
I have extensive experience leading the development of national strategies through to place-based plans, always taking a collaborative approach to ensure buy-in and engagement. Currently, I am supporting the development of a place-based plan for cricket.
Programme Development
I work with sports organisations to develop and implement programmes that meet their unique needs and goals, focussing on designing offers that are effective, engaging, and sustainable. I have led the development of major participation programmes, new competitions and even a patented retail product on sale worldwide.
I help sports organisations secure funding and grants to support their programmes. With extensive experience in making funding applications and diversifying revenue streams, I have secured over £60m during my career.

Insight and Evaluation
I use my experience to review sports pathways, programmes and data to identify where improvements can be made. Recently I have undertaken a data review to support a national governing body in objectively assessing its strategic direction for equality, diversity and inclusion.
